Frequently asked questions

How many startups or companies do you work with at once?

I'm not a consultant and I'm not looking for a position in an organizational chart either. I like working and I like to be engaged in worth projects. When I'm engaged in a worth company, team or project I'm fully committed. In my experience you can't scale up a project as a consultant.

Do you use digital marketing, design or no-code tools?

Yes If needed and depending on the team. My main role is to help you build smarter marketing systems, choosing the right tools, team, and roadmap to get to market faster and to stay there for long time.

Do you have a team?

I always work with the team of the company first. If needed I've a trusted network of developers, designers and product specialists. They can jump in when and if needed, so you get flexibility.

What kind of startups or companies do you work with?

I've been working with seed or early-stage startups or SMEs launching new projects, with at least a €30k–100k budget for product or marketing (not for me, but for the build phase).

Are you part of the team or a consultant?

I'm not a consultant. When I'm engaged in a worth company or project I'm fully committed. I build teams and I'm part of the team. It depends from commitment, and company's owners or founders vision. My experience says I bring projects to success, so I'm usually asked to stay till the job is done.
